Perris boy shoots and kills brother

PERRIS – A 14-year-old Perris boy shot and killed his 9-year-old brother today. Deputies were called at 12:10 p.m. to the 140 block of Metz Road, Riverside County sheriff’s Deputy Patty Stoyer said. The boy was pronounced dead at the scene of the accidental shooting, Stoyer said. The circumstances leading up to the shooting were not immediately disclosed.
