Murrieta firefighters responded to two different swift water rescues Sunday, Jan. 22, according to officials.
The second in a series of winter storms is expected to batter Riverside County today, bringing downpours, heavy mountain snow, possible flooding, potentially damaging winds and thunderstorms.
The first in a series of Pacific storms poised to deliver torrential rain, heavy mountain snow and gusty wind to Riverside County through early next week is expected to move into the region late tonight.
