We felt the earthquake in the Jefferson/Winchester area, but it wasn’t that strong, just a gentle rolling upstairs!

First some rumbling and some mild, but definite vibrations, then a solid thunk at the end. Felt it here in Menifee.

Heard it more than felt it as I was in my rocker. Felt and heard the second one though. Funny thing was none of the dogs in the neighborhood barked until AFTER it was over.

My husband and I felt a big jolt–thought it was an earthquake, but called friends and relatives, they didn’t feel it–so thought something hit our house. Glad it was an earthquake!!

Being born and raised here, it was a definite earthquake jolt. My wife noticed also, she only has some 27 years here but has been through enough to know one when it happens.
