If your child is seeking practical film experience then visit Riley’s Farm this Wednesday, July 30.
Colony Bay Productions is currently casting a dozen child actors to participate as extras during filming on the farm that is about an hours drive northeast from Temecula. Between 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. the child actors will be portraying 5th-graders on a field trip.
Candidates must look between 10 and 11 years old. These are non-paying roles, but the folks at Riley’s Farm promise to feed the extras very well.
Riley’s Farm is nestled in the apple growing foothills of historic Oak Glen. It is a working apple orchard and living history farm featuring pick-your-own fruit, living history education, dinner theater, group banquet facilities and extended, historically themed overnight stays. Thousands of elementary children travel each fall from around surrounding counties including San Diego and Riverside to experience a living history of the Revolutionary War and Civil War eras.
