Murrieta police officers arrest five more individuals outside immigration protest

Officers from the Murrieta Police Department arrested five people this afternoon as pro-immigration and anti-immigration protests picked up steam outside the Murrieta Border Patrol station located in the 2500 block of Madison Avenue; those individuals engaged in a confrontation with the officers, according to a report from the department.

The report alleges that officers received information about an assault that occurred shortly before 4 p.m. this afternoon and contacted 22-year-old Janet Mathieson, one of the protesters, to see if they could get information regarding the assault. Mathieson was uncooperative and police attempted to arrest her for obstructing their investigation when 33-year-old Pouyan Bokaei interfered with the officers and attempted to free Mathieson.

Two additional officers became involved with the confrontation. Three more protesters got involved and attempted to prevent Bokaei and Mathieson from getting arrested shortly thereafter; they were 26-year-old Jacqueline Sanchez of Los Angeles, 25-year-old Jessica Rey of Menifee and 24-year old Salvador Chavez of Los Angeles.

Mathieson was arrested for obstructing an officer and battery of an officer while the remaining four were arrested for obstruction of an officer and lynching. It wasn’t clear at this time what side of the immigration protests the five individuals were on.

I have a few questions. 1.) What federal or state agency or department made the decision to move the illegal aliens to Murrieta? 2.) What specific individual made the decision to move the illegal aliens to Murrieta? 3.) When was that decision made? 4.) Who in the State of California, the County of Riverside, or the City of Murrieta was complicit in supporting this ill-advised decision? 5.) Where is Governor Jerry Brown on this issue? If we had a Rick Perry, we’d be hearing about this. Jerry Brown’s silence is deafening. Where is Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer? The last I heard from Barbara Boxer, she was telling us to be careful because we live in earthquake country. Pathetic. 6.) Is Murrieta going to be reimbursed for its expenses related to this case, now and in the future? Surely there will be expenses that haven’t even been calculated yet. By whom? When? Finally, the immigration crisis is a NATIONAL issue. It is not simply a border state issue. Why should the border states carry this load singlehandedly? Foreign nationals coming into the United States of America illegally. Murrieta has no more business accepting these illegal aliens and anywhere else in the U.S. Wake up, people! Murrieta was chosen because of weak. Send the illegal aliens by the busload to Arlington, Virginia and watch this federal issue explode tenfold. No one — not a single of our weak-kneed elected officials — has the courage to make something like that happen. Pathetic.

If you had a Rick Perry you would hang your head in both shame and embarrassment. Trust me… I am from Texas. The man is a total idiot who is nothing more than a puppet for special interests.

Great post Kyle. Excellent questions that the Valley News with their resources could get answers.

    Storm troopers to arrive Monday.
    Entire invasion pre planned.

HOUSTON, Texas–As illegal immigrants continue to spill across the U.S.-Mexico border, federal authorities are attempting to relocate the migrants from South Texas to housing facilities in states across the nation. One such facility is located in Murrieta, California, where a large group of protesters recently blocked a bus full of migrants from arriving. The protesters remain there, adamant that illegal immigrants don’t get dumped in their town.
But soon the concerned citizens may be forced to step down–Breitbart Texas has learned that federal agents plan to arrive in Murrieta on Monday with riot gear to ensure that another busload makes it to the housing facility.

Jeremy Oliver, a resident of Temecula, California–a town that neighbors Murrieta–told Breitbart Texas that local police officers warned the protesters that "it’s going to get ugly."

Oliver said, "The feds are pissed that they haven’t been able to use this facility. Officers out there warned people that federal agents will be in Murrieta on Monday–they are going to get the next bus through no matter what. Riot gear and shields will be used to push the crowd back."

John Henry, a Murrieta resident since 1991, was told the same thing by local officers.

"We’re being told that federal Marshals or ICE will be here in the next few days and that they are bringing riot gear," Henry said. "They’re apparently going to be blocking off the street with concrete blockades so that no vehicles can get through. The River County Sheriff’s Department showed up last night and brought a huge watch tower that shoots up into the air 35 feet."

On June 4th Breitbart Texas’ Managing Director Brandon Darby broke the news that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) would be relocating illegal immigrants from Texas to California. Within moments of that story being published, the official Twitter account of the San Diego CBP tweeted at Darby, insisting the report was

Illegal immigration is exactly that, illegal, and must not be tolerated. However, wht that said, this nation is till a Christian nation though many have called our current time, The post-Christian period in American history.

We should be outraged that the federal government is imposing its dictatorial policies on any of its sovereign states. And, by the way, why aren not those who knowingly employ illegal aliens, being called on the carpet? They seem to be off the hook in all this.

The ulitmate question we must ask ourselves is, if we are rightly outraged by the hypocrisy of this nation’s moral and judicial behavior, where is the Outrage by anybody, but especially we Christians and the Christian churches specifically, for the daily Lynching of approximately 3,500 unborn innocent humans through the sanctioned and protected practice of Abortion in this, my beloved country!

Xavier – If you are from Texas, I’ll take your word for it. Given that, Rick Perry DOES speak up about the problem. Where the heck is Moonbeam? AWOL as usual unless he’s supporting a low-impact agenda that nobody cares about. He’s way too comfortable in Sacramento. Let’s face it — California is a basket case. I have been here for 35 years so I know what I’m talking about regarding California. Texas and its economy are thriving. Those facts are a direct result of the differences in leadership. Again I ask, who specifically pushed the illegal aliens into Murrieta, what did our governor know about that, and when was the decision made? Someone, somewhere made big decisions and likely without the knowledge of many of our elected officials. (Which ones knew?) Another term for this is "Taxation Without Representation." That was the battle cry of the American Revolution.

I’m from Texas and have been since birth. Rick Perry my friend is one of the best, strongest Governor’s in the country. I’m glad people like Xavier has left the great state of Texas. You folks in California need to stand tuff and hold your ground and know that us Texans are fighting the same fight.

Gly, you are certainly from Texas. It shows with your education and "tough" stance. It’s easy to be big and brave when you are hollering at frightened women and children.

If they were unable to scale the fence, they would not be able to apply for welfare oop’s I meant asylum. Lacking a Democrat defunded fence, the best use of the 3.7 Billion, would be tent cities, like sheriff Joes, where all detainees would be held, until their hearing was complete. The prospect of months or years in a tent city detention center might cause them to think twice about applying for welfare, oop’s again, sorry meant asylum. Additionally it would insure they showed up and would prevent the spread of incoming disease throughout American communities and schools. Classes could be held in large tents outfitted with wooden picnic tables and adults could work cooking, cleaning and maintaining the interior of the camp.
