Quickly contained fire breaks out at home in Temecula

A fire broke out on Sunday in a two-story residential structure in Temecula, but it quickly was contained and no one was injured, authorities said.

The fire was reported at 6:25 p.m. in the 30800 block of Branford Drive and was contained by 6:39 p.m., Jennifer Fuhrman of the Riverside County Fire Department said.

Firefighters kept the flames from spreading from a single room and its contents, she said.
