Congressman Ken Calvert, a long-time leader in Riverside County, has endorsed businessman Randon Lane for Board of Supervisors.
“Randon Lane is exactly the kind of person Riverside County needs on the Board of Supervisors,” said Calvert, a senior member of the California Congressional Delegation. “Randon’s experience in business and as mayor and council member in Murrieta, give him important insight into what we need to run the County efficiently and how we can streamline government so that our job creators can expand and create good paying jobs for local residents.”
“Ken Calvert has been one of the most influential leaders in Riverside and his impact is felt throughout the county,” said Lane. “I’m proud to have his support and look forward to working with him in his capacity as a senior member of the House Appropriations and Energy & Water committees to focus on Riverside’s infrastructure. Riverside County is growing fast and we need to keep up with that growth through smart investments.”
Randon and his wife, Bridget, live in Murrieta with their three kids. Randon has spent his career in business and serving the community. As a member of the Murrieta City Council and former mayor, he also advocates for the region on the board of directors of both the National League of Cities and the League of California Cities.
Randon is focused on his pillars of Quality of Life: Public Safety, Infrastructure and Economic Development, and Jobs. This balanced approach to government creates the greatest opportunity for economic growth and improved quality of life for county residents.
