TEMECULA – Come and enjoy thousands of beautiful roses at Rose Haven Heritage Garden in Temecula and celebrate National Public Gardens Day on Friday, May 9.
The Temecula Valley Rose Society, a non-profit organization, owns and maintains the 3.4 acre Rose Haven Heritage Garden. It is the only registered public garden in the area and is located on 30592 Jedediah Smith Rd. and Cabrillo Ave. in Temecula.
The Rose Haven Heritage Garden contains over 1,900 roses; hybrid teas, Floribundas and mini roses which are in full bloom now.
There is a reflecting pond, gazebo, a drought tolerant garden, picnic area and a vegetable garden for the public to enjoy. The garden is open from dawn until dusk, seven days a week and there is no admission charge.
