Motorcycle crash causes traffic in Corona

CORONA – A motorcyclist was ejected onto the roadway in a crash that blocked two lanes on the 91 Freeway for nearly an hour in Corona today.

The crash occurred at 7:51 a.m. on the eastbound 91, near Lincoln Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The motorcyclist involved in the crash was taken to a hospital, but the extent of the injuries was unknown.

The CHP did not know how many vehicles were involved in the crash.

Traffic was backed up as the carpool and No. 1 lanes were blocked until 8:47 a.m., according to the CHP.
