TEMECULA – Cynthia Nordskog was honored as the Realtor of the Year for 2017 by the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors.
Nordskog, the principal and broker of 3Q Real Estate headquartered in Murrieta, was honored for “creating a higher level of professionalism through education for the SRCAR” as well as her leadership and quality of work during her 27 years in the real estate industry.
While serving as SRCAR education chair, she led the committee’s development and implementation of a real estate institute program specifically related to the industry in southwest Riverside County for SRCAR members. Graduates of the SRCAR Institute can use the designation and logo for marketing purposes. The institute courses include ethics, local knowledge and best practices, multiple listing service rules and regulations and residential purchase agreements, contracts and addendums.
She is an associate faculty member and the real estate department coordinator at Mt. San Jacinto College. She is also the real estate faculty adviser for student interns at MSJC and coordinator of the annual Real Estate Advisory Meeting for MSJC to align the college with the real estate industry. She co-created the student membership for the college’s students with the SRCAR.
Nordskog graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and from the University of Redlands with a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. She holds a California Real Estate Broker license.
