RIVERSIDE: Inland Empire gas prices drop for 14th straight day

RIVERSIDE – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped today for the 14th consecutive day and 24th time in the last 25 days, decreasing 1 cent to $2.892.

The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 12.9 cents over the past 25 days, including eight tenths of a cent on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 5.6 cents less than one week ago, 12.8 cents lower than one month ago and nine-tenths of a cent lower than one year ago, but 13.6 cents more than on Jan. 1.
