Burglary in Menifee; injured female

MENIFEE – Sheriff’s investigators today were seeking the public’s help in tracking down suspects who injured a female when she interrupted a burglary at her home in Menifee.

The burglary happened just before 4 p.m. Friday in the 26000 block of Hanford Street, said Riverside County sheriff’s Sgt. Chris Durham.

The victim arrived at her residence and was forced to the ground by suspects who were burglarizing her home, he said.

She suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment, he said.

The suspects were gone by the time deputies arrived, Durham said.

A description of the culprits was not available.

    No doubt these scumbags will strike again. Sooner or later they will be caught. They’re too stupid to stop while they’re ahead.
