Four arrested on charges related to burglary, drugs, guns

On October 10th at approximately 12:30 PM, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station conducted a follow up investigation into the theft of construction equipment and construction tools. The deputies conducted a probation search on a rural portion of Horsethief Canyon that abuts the Cleveland National Forest. During the search of the property deputies located items reported stolen from three separate incidents. Deputies additionally discovered a convicted felon in possession of two rifles and a pistol as well as methamphetamine.

Riverside County Code Enforcement and a representative from the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Board also assisted and discovered numerous dangerous conditions and environmental contamination.

Scott Harrison, age 55 of Horsethief Canyon, was arrested for possession of stolen property.

Charles Koster, age 47 of Horsethief Canyon, was arrested for unlawful possession of firearms and possession of methamphetamine.

Susan Codd, age 48 of Lake Elsinore, was arrested for possession of methamphetamines for the purpose of sales.

Eric Kisner, age 47 of Horsethief Canyon was arrested for outstanding drug related warrants. Harrison, Koster, Codd, were later booked into the Southwest Detention Center.
