Four people were cited for allegedly buying liquor for underage decoys in a sting in Moreno Valley, a sergeant said today.
Helene Victoria Fisher, 24; Marquis Dashawn Hill, 32, Daniel Rodriguez Jimenez, 44, and Yovanni Delacruz, 29, all from Moreno Valley, allegedly agreed to buy alcohol for minors, Riverside County sheriff’s Sgt. Brian Holmes said.
All were cited and released, he said.
Deputies and members of the state’s Alcohol Beverage Control department went to 20 liquor stores Saturday night and found one clerk willing to sell to a decoy during the operation, Holmes said. That license holder at that store
could face administrative penalties.
