Norco: Police arrest three in connection with home invasion robbery

Three Corona residents were arrested early today in connection with a home invasion robbery at a Norco home, a sheriff’s

spokeswoman said.

Sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday went to the 4000 block of Pedley Avenue, where two men and a woman had forced their way into the home and left one man with moderate injuries. Three other people in the home suffered minor injuries, Riverside County Sheriff’s Sgt. Brandi Swan said.

Tipsters during a follow-up investigation lead sheriff’s detectives Friday to a home in Elegante Court in Corona. The suspects, Abel Soto, a 20-

year-old probationer, Ashley Chaney, 19, and Stevie Rae Andrew Pena, 21, were all arrested for suspicion of burglary, assault causing great bodily injury and other violations.

Pena was also arrested on four no-bail felony warrants for vehicle theft and drug violations, Swan said.
