Temecula resident arrested in Utah for area cat-burglaries

MENIFEE – (SHERIFF PRESS RELEASE) During December 2012, the Menifee Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team (SET) investigated a series of recent Cat-Burglaries in Menifee. The SET team identified and linked the same suspect to numerous cat burglaries in Lake Elsinore and Temecula. On December 12, 2012, the SET team served a search warrant at a residence in the 23000 block of Lake Drive, in the city of Menifee.

The suspect evaded capture and fled to Utah. The Special Enforcement Team was able to track the suspect to a location in Utah where local authorities took him into custody on January 24, 2013. The suspect is pending extradition to California. The following individual was arrested as a result of the investigation:

Anthony Carl Napoli III, 29 years, from Temecula, for burglary

    You think this might be the same burglar that turns your power off and waits to see if anyone comes out to check the breakers in order to determine if anyone is home or not? I wonder……would be nice to find out.
    Anyway, they break into my place and gives me reason to, I’ll fill them with lead. No problem. I would rather be tried by 12 than carried by six.

    you see one person whos accussed of something and all of a sudden they are held accountable for anything thats happened.he lived in utah during the dates in question so you tell me how can you be in two places at the same time hundreds of miles away?have you read the paper lately? I can tell you of two other people that have been arrested for cat burglary that made the paper as well.i guess you missed those articles.i dont think hes the one who turns off the power seeing as he lived in utah.
