Woman who starved horses to be sentenced

MURRIETA  – A Temecula Valley woman who neglected her 17 horses, failing to provide food and causing most of them to become emaciated, is slated to be sentenced today. A Murrieta jury on Wednesday found 50-year-old Janice Susan Deutsch guilty of 17 misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty.
