Person nearly drowns at Lake Perris

PERRIS – A person who nearly drowned in Lake Perris today was hospitalized. Firefighters were dispatched shortly before 3 p.m. to the 16000 Block Via Del Lago Drive, according to Tawny Cabral of the Riverside County Fire Department. The victim – identified only as an adult – was hospitalized in serious condition, Cabral said.
