PERRIS – What was supposed to be a celebratory 25th anniversary season came to a disappointing end Wednesday, Nov. 11, when promoter Don Kazarian officially canceled the annual PASSCAR Champions night scheduled for Nov. 21.Eight months ago, the season started off on a bright note when a large crowd turned out for Night of Destruction; however, COVID-19 was spreading around the globe. Initially, Kazarian thought the track may lose a few weeks of events.
