The city of Hemet announced that Mayor Pro Tem K. Paul Raver has tendered his resignation from city council effective immediately.
In an email received late Friday, Nov. 18, Scott Mann informed the City Clerk that he was resigning as Mayor as of Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, for “personal reasons and to streamline the transition process to new leadership.”
