AGUANGA (CNS) – Two people were killed in a fire that destroyed a travel trailer Thursday morning in the unincorporated Aguanga area of Riverside County east of Temecula.
Firefighters responded to the 45000 block of Highway 79 around 1:25 a.m. and located a travel trailer fully engulfed in flames and nearby brush threatened by the fire, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The fire was extinguished by 2:25 a.m. and a search of the burned out trailer turned up two bodies, the department said.
The ages, genders and names of the victims were not immediately disclosed.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
