AVMAC to hear from Hamilton schools’ principals

ANZA – The Anza Valley Municipal Advisory Council invited the community to attend the Sept. 11 AVMAC meeting to listen to Jeff Franks, Ed.D., principal of Hamilton High School and Mark Delano, principal of Hamilton School K-8. Franks is in his 16th year with the district and his 13th year as an administrator. He started his educational career in Riverside Unified School District as a life science and physical education teacher.  He moved to Diamond Valley Elementary School, when it opened in the 2004-2005 school year as a PE teacher.  He became the assistant principal at the school in the 2007-2008 school year and spent three years in this role.
