MURRIETA – Sen. Kelly Seyarto, R-Murrieta, announced that he has selected Friends of Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy in Norco as the 2023 California Nonprofit of the Year for the 32nd Senate District. Each year, in honor of California Nonprofits Day legislators from across the state highlight a nonprofit from their district that has provided exemplary service to their community.“Friends of Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy shows what can be accomplished when community comes together to support those who are in need,” Seyarto said. “The founders noticed a lack of access to therapy services for children with disabilities and took action. Because of them, those children are now able to work toward reaching their physical functioning goals that may have seemed unattainable
