Canyon Lake Community Theater presents Disney’s ‘Beauty and the Beast’

CANYON LAKE – In a show that’s sure to delight young and old, Canyon Lake Community Theater’s production of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” will be presented at the Stephen Price Theater at Elsinore High School Oct. 18, 19, 25 and 26 at 7 p.m., and Oct. 20 and 27 at 2 p.m. With two casts, the younger cast takes the lead Oct. 18, 20 and 26, and audiences can see the more seasoned performers in lead roles Oct. 19, 25 and 27.

The show features cast members performing songs such as “Be Our Guest,” “Human Again” and the perennial favorite title song, “Beauty and the Beast.” Rehearsals started in May, and the cast is ready. Come see Belle, the Beast, Mrs. Potts, Cogsworth and Lumiere light up the stage in this classic “tale as old as time.”

Canyon Lake Community Theater is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to engage, inspire and entertain the community by providing an outstanding theater experience for all ages. They strive to provide positive artistic experiences in theater, including affordable, wholesome entertainment and educational opportunities for the youth in the community.
