TEMECULA – Evergreen Devco Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, announced the sale of a free-standing 76 gas station and Kangaroo convenience store located at 30515 Temecula Parkway in Temecula.
Matthew Park and Dong Sik Cho purchased the 78,000-square-foot property situated on 1.8 acres along the southwest corner of Pechanga and Temecula parkways. Calvin Short of Matthews REIS represented Evergreen in the transaction. John Son of Lee and Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer.
Evergreen purchased the property in fall 2018 and partnered with Lawrence Kourie Jr., founder and principal of Temecula-based Oil and Water Pechanga Parkway LP, to develop the 5,796-square-foot gas station and convenience store. Murrieta-based architectural firm Empire Design Group was the architect. The gas station and convenience store opened in August.
