RIVERSIDE (CNS) - A convicted felon accused of breaking his mother's arm and hoarding guns -- including a high-capacity rifle -- made his initial court appearance today at the Riverside Hall of Justice. Shane Nicholas Lastique, 38, was arrested Thursday for the alleged attack several days earlier on his mother, identified only as a Riverside resident. Lastique is charged with elder abuse, making criminal threats, being a felon in possession of a firearm, false imprisonment, being a felon in possession of ammunition, vandalism and a sentence-enhancing great bodily injury allegation. He appeared before Riverside County Superior Court Judge Gail O'Rane, who appointed him a public defender and scheduled his arraignment for May 4. Lastique is being held in lieu of $350,000 bail at t
