Hamilton High School soccer coach Brian Blackmore is seeking an assistant coach to propel the team to a winning 2020-2021 season.

“We have the new 2020-2021 soccer season fast approaching,” Blackmore said. “Anyone interested in coaching soccer at the high school level – I am in need of an assistant coach. This could be a paid position, based on attitude and experience.”

It will be Blackmore’s fifth season as a coach, and his sixth working with the competitive team.

“Nothing clear on the season yet due to COVID-19. We will be running all winter sports in conjunction with the fall sports that are pushed back,” he said.

Assistant coach responsibilities include physically training with the team, knowledge of multiple formations, some administrative responsibilities and prepping gear for home and away matches.

“These kids participating in sports deserve the best that this town can give them,” Blackmore said.
