Sign up for “Nostalgic Trivia: Vintage Childhood Games, Toys and What-Not” Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 10 a.m. Let’s go back to childhood and remember the things children played with. How many are still around? You will be surprised. Invite friends and let’s have fun.
“Community First Aid” is offered Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m. Learn what you need to know about basic first aid and hands-only CPR. Be prepared as you never know when you might need this information.
Attend “Sleep Well, Be Well” Thursday, Oct. 22, at 11 a.m. Common sleep disorders such as restless leg syndrome, sleep apnea, insomnia and night leg cramps are discussed. Learn about the causes and treatments to help you get a good night’s sleep.
“Is it Normal Aging or Dementia?” will be held Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 1 p.m. Learn to recognize the difference between normal aging and the symptoms of dementia and when to be concerned.
Join “Game Time: Name that Slogan No. 2” Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 12:30 p.m. Invite friends and neighbors and let’s have a little fun. Match the slogans with products or vice versa.
Attend “Master Gardener Series: Mulching for Beginners” Thursday, Oct. 29, at 11 a.m. Learn the basics of mulching to create great planting soil for your garden. Bring your gardening questions to learn from a master gardener.
