Attend “Feel Better Living Gluten-Free,” Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 10 a.m. Based on her five-year journey, speaker Sharie Wetzel shares her best practices and tips to live with a gluten-sensitivity. Information includes a gluten-free app that identifies foods containing gluten, a list of restaurants offering gluten-free menus and a gluten-free brownie recipe.
Join a virtual 1960s theme trivia game, Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 1 p.m. Feeling groovy? Join an interactive game of trivia about life in the 1960s. Invite friends, neighbors and family and make it a virtual game party.
“Build Your Body’s Immunity: Two-Part Program” runs Sept. 10, and Sept. 17, at 10 a.m. Concerned that your immune system might not be strong enough to withstand a virus, like COVID-19? Coach BobbyG will teach attendees how to improve their body’s ability to fight infections and chronic diseases with five simple principles. Help the body to protect them from harmful diseases.
Attend “As the World Spins: Dealing with Dizziness,” Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m. Losing balance due to feeling dizzy? Dizziness, vertigo and Meniere’s disease are covered in this virtual class. Attendees will learn what to do to improve the condition and stay on their feet.

“Relax & Relieve Stress with Art,” meets Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 10 a.m. Darlene Merkler, health care expert and author, shares how using creativity for art projects helps encourage relaxation and relieves stress. Learn how relaxation improves the health of body and mind.
Attend “The Health Benefits of Aromatherapy,” Thursday, Sept. 24, at 10 a.m. Joanne Dinsmore, owner of the Claremont Healing Arts Center, explains the natural health benefits aromatherapy has on body, mind and spirit. Learn how different scents affect your moods and specific parts of the body.
“Managing High Blood Pressure,” runs Monday, Sept. 28, at 1 p.m. The virtual class covers high blood pressure symptoms and risks. Learn how to manage this condition to start feeling better.
Attend “Breathing Techniques to Relieve Stress,” Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 10 a.m. Darlene Merler, health care expert and author, teaches how to use deep breathing techniques to naturally relieve stress and anxiety. Learn how the body benefits from relaxation.
