TEMECULA – Local Molly Maid owners Scott and Janet Sims, owners of the Molly Maids of Irvine, Saddleback Valley and Temecula Valley, were awarded Rookie of the Year at the annual Neighborly International conference, “Reunion,” Aug. 1-7, in San Antonio, Texas.
The Sims were recognized for their drive, commitment and determination in the first 18 months in business. Molly Maid also recognized the Sims on winning the Excellence in Action award as they were able to honor a member of their staff, Alma Marin, in front of all of Molly Maid. The award is presented each year to a home service professional who consistently performs their job at a high level of achievement, delivers remarkable service to each customer and adheres to the Molly Maid belief “teamwork is vital to our success.”
Steve Chaput, owner of Molly Maid of La Verne, took home the top honor with the Franchisee of the Year Award. Marc Colletti, owner of Molly Maid of East Metro in Milwaukee, was recognized with the Excellence in Leadership Award.
Also recognized were Tom and Terri Rue, owner of Molly Maid of Orange Park and SE Jacksonville, both in Florida. The couple were presented with the Neighborly Award for standing out within the Neighborly system by running or attending Neighborly meetings in their market, participating in a Neighborly co-op opportunity, organizing a Neighborly meet and greet with their neighbors and helping other brand owners.
