Menifee continues virtual City Hall after reopening

Menifee’s City Hall is open to the public Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; however, the city’s virtual city hall will remain open due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

“The city of Menifee is integrated into the emergency management functions and oversight of the county of Riverside Emergency Management Department,” the city said in a news release.

In-person meetings will be scheduled at city hall, which may cause longer wait times than usual. Most departments will continue to accept submittals electronically and by mail. A list of these services is available at

“To minimize potential exposure to COVID-19, city services are offered virtually and remotely to the greatest extent feasible,” according to a news release from the city.

The official Menifee app allows city residents to connect with city hall for service requests, issue reports, contact information, news and event calendars. The app is available in the App Store or on Google Play. In addition, the Qless scheduling system can be used to schedule in-person appointments.

Some resources available online include: economic development, Menifee cares initiative, business license, public works, building permits, community services, community development, engineering department, fire marshal and human resources.

In addition to the resources offered above, residents can also pay fees with the cashier’s office by calling 951-723-7795 or emailing In-person payments may be submitted while City Hall is open, while those who would like to skip the line are urged to use the virtual service to process payments.
