MENIFEE – Menifee was recognized for its continued commitment to inclusion and diversity at an Oct. 15 event hosted by Hispanic Lifestyle at The Breakfast Club of Menifee.
The networking event gathered community and business leaders for an opportunity to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by recognizing those who exemplify inclusivity and diversity.
“We are honored to receive this distinction in the community we serve,” City Manager Armando Villa said. “Whether it is through community events that are welcome to everyone within our diverse community or through our commitment to inclusivity in our everyday proceedings and programs, we are dedicated to representing the complete and diverse fabric of Menifee’s population.”
“Hispanic Lifestyle relocated our operations to Menifee in 2017 because of the city’s diverse population and commitment to offering community activities that reach out to everyone,” Richard Sandoval, founder and president of Hispanic Lifestyle, said. “The city’s staff is equally diverse, and the council had the wisdom to hire a city manager Armando Villa, who truly understands that inclusion and diversity are the foundation of every great city.”
