MENIFEE – The Menifee residential development community will have access to a free overview of Menifee’s Building Submittal and Permitting Requirements based on the 2019 California Residential Codes Friday, Nov. 15, from 8-11 a.m. at Menifee City Hall, 29844 Haun Road.
“We wanted to provide this opportunity for the residential development community to get ahead of the changes that are being presented in the 2019 California Residential Code Update,” Colin McNie, director of building and safety, said.
The first 50 attendees to arrive for the workshop will receive a flash drive containing the 2019 significant code changes.
“This is just another example of the efforts our staff is putting forth to streamline the development process,” City Manager Armando Villa said. “By providing this information in a timely and comprehensive format, we’re ensuring that our development community is able to keep their projects and investments in the Menifee community moving forward.”
