While in-person events are slowly beginning to be scheduled in compliance with county guidelines, Temecula recently entered into Phase 2.5, which has allowed restaurants and some wineries to open for dine-in.

While waiting for a table to open up, there are quite a few online events residents can take advantage of right now.

Virtual Temecula Art and Street Painting Festival, June 1-7

Temecula has moved its annual Art and Street Painting Festival online this year due to social distancing guidelines. There will be an online art exhibition including the ability to purchase items made by artisans.

Summer Movie Series at home

Temecula is providing crafts and activities related to the movie being streamed each week. Disney’s “Tarzan,” which is available on Netflix and Disney+ will be paired with a jungle animal handprint craft the week of June 8.

Virtual Summer Stay Camp hosted by the city of Temecula

Temecula has created a virtual Summer Stay Camp in which campers will be able to have face-to-face interactions with staff and other campers in a virtual format, with the opportunity to participate in games, activities and crafts. Supplies and materials will be shipped to participants’ homes before beginning their session. This program doesn’t replace child care but allows children to socialize with others and keeps them busy for a few hours.

Gino Livestream Show – Captain Trips Concert Series

Gino Meregillano and the Lone Gunmen are streaming a live concert series that can be watched from home. Ask questions, send requests or simply dance from the living room. The livestream will take place Tuesday, June 9, from 6-8 p.m. on Facebook Live.

Virtual Wine Tasting at Wilson Creek Winery, June 11
