The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for a missing Lake Elsinore man Monday.Manuel Soto Gonzalez, 81, was last seen around 9 a.m. Nov. 7 in Lake Elsinore. He suffers from an unspecified medical condition and may become easily disoriented, the CHP said.Soto Gonzalez was described as being 5-feet-2-inches tall and about 130 pounds.He is believed to be wearing a black hat and a leather jacket with a shirt, pants and shoes.
