Hemet Unified School District to hold public hearing

The Hemet Unified School District invites the public to comment on its plans to make a determination, through a resolution, as to whether each pupil in the district, in kindergarten through grade 12, including English Language Learners, has been provided with a standards aligned textbook or basic instructional materials, or both, to be used in class and to take home to complete required homework assignments consistent with content and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the State Board.This determination will be made during the regular Hemet Unified School District Board of Education meeting on Sept. 14 at 5:30 p.m. at Idyllwild School’s gymnasium, 26700 Highway 243, Idyllwild.As a parent and/or community member, input on this subject of textbooks and instructional mate
