Hot air balloons descend on Lake Riverside Estates

Lake Riverside Estates residents experienced an exciting wakeup call in the early morning hours of Sunday, June 6, as three colorful hot air balloons descended into the quiet community.Despite some concerns over spooked horses and barking dogs, most residents enjoyed seeing the interesting aircraft land in their neighborhood."I recently moved here from the wine country and used to see them regularly," said Eileen Keswick. "I was pleasantly surprised to see them this far east. Fortunately, my horses have been desensitized to them and my dogs love to give them what for!"Neighbors chatted as they took photos and videos, many commenting that they heard the balloons before they saw them.
