Temecula Valley Museum continues virtual Second Saturday Cultural Celebration highlighting Jamaica

TEMECULA – The Temecula Valley Museum continues its popular Second Saturday Cultural Celebration monthly program online in the month of June 2020.

This monthly event celebrates world cultures with food, crafts, activities, and entertainment. Temecula’s museum invites guests to enjoy food virtually with an online recipe, experience the Island of Jamaica through links to tours, games, and cultural facts.

Please visit TemeculaCA.gov/SecondSaturdays to join in on this fun cultural experience! The museum will also offer another free, special online art lesson provided by Bigfoot Art Classes.

Guests of all ages can enjoy a simple painting technique with big impact while exploring the Jamaican concept of Irie! (meaning: everything is alright).

Second Saturdays are part of the Temecula Valley Museum’s ongoing educational and cultural offerings for the community, celebrating the history and heritage of the various and diverse cultures that live in the Temecula Valley.

The goal of this program is to embrace diversity and celebrate contemporary life in Temecula.
