MURRIETA — The Murrieta Police Department Communications Center received multiple 911 calls around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7, reporting a traffic collision at the intersection of California Oaks Road and Skyview Ridge. Callers reported the incident involved a truck and a car, with the driver of the car trapped inside.Murrieta Police officers and Murrieta Fire & Rescue personnel responded to the scene and located an adult female in the driver’s seat of the car suffering from significant injuries. She was extricated from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital.
