The Eastern Municipal Water District will be providing sidestream treatment at the Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility, and the August 26 EMWD board meeting awarded a contract to build the sidestream treatment facility.A 5-0 vote awarded Pacific Hydrotech Corporation, which is based in Perris, a $19,020,463 contract to construct the facility.
