Menifee highlights growth, safety and family-focused investments in State of the City

The city of Menifee highlighted public safety, new development and family-focused community investment during its 2025 State of the City address Friday evening. The event took place at MSJC HCN Bank Stadium, where Acting Mayor Bob Karwin delivered the annual remarks in place of Mayor Ricky Estrada, who is currently deployed with the U.S. Air Force.The event, hosted in partnership with the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce, opened with an invocation, the presentation of colors by NJROTC, and the national anthem performed by the Menifee Valley Middle School Choir.
