LAKE ELSINORE — The City of Lake Elsinore Economic Development Department has launched the Lake Elsinore Restaurant & Retail Survey 2026, a community-wide initiative designed to support local business growth, guide future recruitment strategies, and enhance shopping and dining options throughout the city.The survey will be open from March 16 through 29, 2026, and invites Lake Elsinore residents, business owners, and stakeholders to share feedback on the types of restaurants, retail stores, and services they would like to see locally.
