The Eastern Municipal Water District board approved a design contract for power quality monitoring improvements at the Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility.The 5-0 vote July 1 authorized a $221,298 contract with Lee + Ro, Inc., for preliminary and final design of the project. The board action also approved total additional appropriations of $394,098.The Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility is in the 42500 block of Avenida Alvarado. The reclamation facility provides sewage collection and treatment services to the Temecula, French Valley, and Murrieta areas.
