Galway Downs fundraiser will feature equestrian performances, live country music, barbecue dinner and auctions Sept. 19 TEMECULA — The Nature Education Foundation at the Santa Rosa Plateau will partner with Galway Downs to present the 11th annual Cowboy Jubilee Saturday, Sept. 19, in Temecula.The signature fundraising event supports environmental education programs for children and teenagers throughout Southwest Riverside County. Festivities will take place from 5:30 to 10 p.m. in the Equestrian Grand Prix Arena at Galway Downs.This year’s celebration will bring Western and English equestrian traditions together for an evening of horsemanship, music, dancing and food. The program will explore the cultures, riding styles and shared values associated with the two traditions.
