The City of Menifee awarded a contract to provide edgeline striping at various intersections throughout the city.The Menifee City Council voted 5-0 on September 16 to award a contract to PCI, Inc., which is based in Azusa, for $109,650. The project will install upgraded edgeline striping along Haun Road from Scott Road to Holland Road, Garbani Road between Haun Road and Briggs Road, and Scott Road from Ascot Way to Sunset Avenue.City staff analyzed crash data from the Transportation Injury Mapping System to determine that implementing edgeline striping upgrades along those road segments would be an effective way to improve safety by reducing lane departures and increasing the visibility of the edge of the roadway.
