RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif.— Riverside County is holding a free online hiring event Wednesday (May 4) for caregivers to help seniors and those with disabilities live safely at home. Interested candidates can register for Wednesday’s event by clicking here. Prospective caregivers can also apply by visiting RiversideIHSS.org.Online access will be open between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Job seekers can chat with recruiters to help them apply for positions through online self-registration.Caregivers are needed in Riverside County as one in every five of the county’s 2.5 million residents is age 60 or older – a population projected to swell by 250% in coming decades.
