RIVERSIDE (CNS) - A Perris woman accused of gunning down a 34-year-old man during a confrontation just north of Menifee was charged today with murder and other offenses.Kayla Sherea Foster, 35, was arrested Monday night following a Riverside County Sheriff's Department investigation into the slaying of Dorian Herrod of Perris Valley.Along with the murder count, Foster is charged with sentence-enhancing gun and great bodily injury allegations.She is being held on $1 million bail at the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta and was slated to make her initial court appearance Thursday afternoon at the Riverside Hall of Justice.According to sheriff's Sgt.
