RIVERSIDE (CNS) - A Perris woman accused of gunning down a 34-year-old
man during a confrontation just north of Menifee was charged today with
murder and other offenses.Kayla Sherea Foster, 35, was arrested Monday night following a
Riverside County Sheriff's Department investigation into the slaying of Dorian
Herrod of Perris Valley.Along with the murder count, Foster is charged with sentence-enhancing
gun and great bodily injury allegations.She is being held on $1 million bail at the Byrd Detention Center in
Murrieta and was slated to make her initial court appearance Thursday afternoon
at the Riverside Hall of Justice.According to sheriff's Sgt. Richard Carroll, just after 4 p.m. Monday,
