Designers of Menifee Civic Center Parking Lot project gain more funding

Menifee city’s reason for increasing the design cost of the planned Civic Center parking lot by $33,440 was brought into question by members of the Menifee City Council Wednesday evening, March 6, at City Hall.The city earlier approved approximately $330,000 to be paid to the architectural firm of Kimley-Horn and Associates to plan and design the parking lot that would temporarily help the parking situation at Menifee’s Central Park. The lot will be located north of City Hall Drive and east of Civic Center Drive and south of the Fairfield Inn hotel in portions of the soccer field.
