Anza residents are eagerly awaiting the annual Anza Days 2024 events occurring the last weekend in June. The traditional festivities are planned for Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29.For decades this hometown celebration has been an essential part of the community and its history. Anza Days are an entertaining, humorous, colorful and fun combination of wholesome activities put on by local civic organizations and a great number of volunteers.Friday, June 28, starting at 5:30 p.m., the Anza Community Hall will be hosting the Anza Days kickoff dinner and dance. A sit-down BBQ meal with a choice of a chicken or a pulled pork sandwich, cowboy beans, choice of salad and dessert will be served until 7 p.m.. Adult entry is $10 for Community Hall members and $15 for non-members.Afte
