LAKE ELSINORE – Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District was recently recognized with two statewide honors at the 2019 California Association of Public Information Officials’ Excellence in Public Information Communications Awards.EVMWD received the highest honor, the EPIC, for its relaunch of its Instagram social media platform, which focuses on water efficiency as a California lifestyle, through simple and effective water wise choices outdoors.
