TEMECULA – The California Chamber Orchestra will present a master class and recital by violin virtuoso Francisco Fullana. The master class, for middle- and high-school string students, will take place Friday, May 17, from 5-8 p.m. in The Merc at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater.
